Nothing. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no tracking, no advertising, and no user account. Your documents, audio, video, and notes are never uploaded, and no server belonging to RMJ4PLAY receives anything from the apps.
All processing happens locally on your device. Files are read from and written to locations you choose. Rememberize stores notes as plain Markdown files in a folder you pick, so they stay readable without the app.
Rememberize transcribes voice notes on your device. To do that it downloads its speech recognition model once from the model provider, the first time you use transcription. That download contains no information about you, and your recordings are never sent anywhere. After that first download, transcription runs entirely on your Mac and needs no internet.
The other apps do not use the network at all.
Microphone access is used to record audio into your project. Screen recording permission is used only to capture system audio, because that is the mechanism macOS provides for it. No image of your screen is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Microphone access is used for voice notes.
File access is limited to the files and folders you open or select.
If you buy through the Mac App Store, Apple handles the purchase under its own privacy policy, and RMJ4PLAY receives only sales reports containing no personal information about you. If an app is sold directly, the payment provider acts as the seller and handles payment data under its own policy.
This site is static and loads no fonts, scripts, or trackers from third parties. No cookies are set. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub processes server log data such as IP addresses in order to deliver the site.
If you write in, your message and address are used to answer you and for nothing else. Legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Under the GDPR you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and to object, as well as the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Since the apps collect no data, in practice this concerns only email correspondence.
